By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any online tools, services, or account features provided by HOKSys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

HOKSys provides its web utilities free of charge to individuals, developers, and businesses for legitimate personal and commercial purposes. You may freely use, deploy, and distribute the outputs, converted files, and code generated by our tools without royalties or licensing fees.

To preserve the security, integrity, and availability of HOKSys for all visitors, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt server infrastructure via Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Employing automated scrapers or bots at frequencies that impair server stability.
• Utilizing tools to generate or distribute malicious code, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
• Infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of any third party.

Most HOKSys utilities (including PDF merging/splitting, image compression, code minification, and cryptographic hashing) run client-side in the visitor’s local browser runtime. HOKSys assumes no responsibility for unsaved data loss caused by local browser crashes, device shutdowns, or memory limits.

All proprietary platform assets, including brand names, logos, user interfaces, design systems, source code, and published editorial guides, are the exclusive intellectual property of HOKSys and protected by international copyright laws. Wholesale mirroring or reselling the platform without authorization is prohibited.

All tools, software utilities, and documentation on HOKSys are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we exercise industry-standard engineering rigor to ensure optimal accuracy and 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HOKSys, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, business interruption, or commercial losses) arising out of your use or inability to use our tools.

HOKSys may contain links to external websites, services, and third-party advertising or analytics networks (such as Google AdSense and Google Analytics). We exercise no control over external platforms and assume no liability for their practices. We encourage visitors to review their respective privacy and legal policies.

Users who register an account to manage smart NFC business cards (vCards) or dynamic QR codes are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all account activity. HOKSys reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant conduct.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp.
